Customized Training Refund
& Class Transfer Policy

Hour-Based Classes
Hour-based course refunds/transfers will be allowed if the appropriate custom training representative is notified three (3) workings days prior to the scheduled date. After that time, appeals to request a refund or to transfer to a different class date must be submitted in writing to the custom training course coordinator within five (5) business days after the start of the course.

Credit-Based Classes
You must notify the Student Affairs Center to receive a refund. Formal withdrawal for credit courses must be done by 4 p.m. the following day of the class start date to be eligible for a 100% refund.

If South Central College cancels the class
You will receive a full refund if South Central College cancels your class.
